I left my luggage on the shuttle, how can I find it?

If you have forgotten any luggage or an item, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible by email with the information necessary for our search, such as the date of travel, the direction of the shuttle (for example, Monday, March 2nd at 7:15 am, from the train station to the airport), whether the luggage was left in the passenger compartment or in the hold, and a precise description of the luggage (dimensions, color, contents, brand, etc.).

Found items can be collected from the Keolis Gironde depot in Le Haillan, located at 14 rue Toussaint Catros, 33185 Le Haillan.

Important

The 30’direct shuttle is not responsible for storing passengers’ hand- luggage, these personal belongings must remain under their permanent supervision all long their journey. Find out more about our general conditions of carriage.

If you find a lost object or luggage on board the shuttle, please report it as quickly as possible to the driver who will take the necessary measures.
